6.Make more reasons to stay in the alliance, make the members feel as though they are important to the alliance, as all members are.

we could do that by launching a lot of acs attacks, but thats why we have S3

I personally feel un-needed in this alliance, as it seems everyone can do stuff better than me, so I think we need more inclusive activities for the alliance.

how about this. we create competitions amongst ourselves (like who can improve their economy rank the most within a week or their military rank or research rank) and the winner gets 2%of the resources generated by all the other competitors in 1 day.

Okay, I need an honest anwser.

What is your view on all my idea's.

Lcspartan, I said the ranking stuff in my alliance inclusion thread, Point 3, but no one ever followed it up.

yeah i noticed that, but that was more of a guideline for inexperienced players, sort of like the in game tutorial. the difference between yours and mine is that mine will apply to all of our players, except the ones who are far higher in rank than most of us.
